MOUNTAIN SAFETY IS EVERYONE'S RESPONSABILITY
To safely enjoy winter pleasures, it is essential to adopt good behaviors, both on the slopes and in the ski lifts. Safety is a shared responsibility between ski resorts and visitors. Each visitor is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Mountain Code of Conduct and applying it.
MOUNTAIN CODE OF CONDUCT

For their safety and that of others, each skier must adopt respectful behavior and comply with the Code and other rules in force in the resorts. THE GOLDEN RULE: CONTROL! Maintain control of your speed and direction. Make sure you are able to stop and avoid any person or obstacle.
SAFETY ON SKI LIFTS
It is important to familiarize yourself with how the ski lifts work before boarding. Do not hesitate to notify our lift attendants if you need information or assistance. The Association of Quebec Ski Resorts (ASSQ) has created videos on this subject, which you can view here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTUrN3EXIpXSOMtKNAaKKg4ZZ-7dprNrJ&si=6Iet3lYX2R1h8I4X
ALCOHOL & DRUGS: ZERO TOLERENCE AT MONT RIGAUD
Do not use ski lifts and ski trails if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Patrollers will strictly apply this rule of the Code of Conduct. The safety of everyone is at stake.
