MONT RIGAUD IS PROUD TO SUPPORT LOCAL TALENT

We're super excited to introduce Cosmo MacDonald, a young athlete from our community who stands out for his incredible talent! At just 16 years old, this freestyle skier from Hudson, QC, is already making our region shine on the national and international stage.

FROM FAMILY CHALET TO NATIONAL PODIUMS

Cosmo first put on skis at the age of 3, encouraged by his parents, and he hasn't looked back since. After trying out other competitive sports like hockey, lacrosse, and wakeboarding, he found his true passion: slopestyle skiing. In just two years, he's become one of Canada's top U16 skiers.

DREAMS AS BIG AS THE SKY

In 2023, Cosmo earned 2nd place in Big Air at the Canadian Junior Nationals, proving he's a rising star in freestyle skiing. This season, he's training hard at the Stratton Mountain School in Vermont, with big dreams ahead: representing Canada at the X-Games and beyond.

A UNIQUE FREESKI CAMP FOR INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED SKIERS

Want to take your skills to the next level? Cosmo will be teaching a 5-day advanced slopestyle camp, as well as private lessons, in our snowpark! These lessons are designed for intermediate and advanced skiers who want to refine their techniques, try new tricks, and learn the secrets of a freestyle pro.
