Agreement to respect the measures in place

When making an online purchase, the client must accept the Terms and Conditions applicable to the product in question, which contain, among others, an agreement to respect the measures in place at the time of their visit:

  • All clients are aware that any lack of respect of the sanitary measures in place will result in loss of their right of access for the season.
  • All clients understand that all sanitary measures stipulated by Public Health must be respected at all times at the station. Depending on the evolving epidemiological situation, these measures may change at any time and without notice during the season.
  • All season pass and ticket holders must agree to respect the sanitary measures in place at the time of their visit.

Shopping procedures

All purchases must be made online.

At the Cafeteria, where online purchases do not apply, contact-free methods of payment are highly recommended (cash payment accepted as a last resort).

COVID-19 symptoms

Maintaining a safe environment at Mont Rigaud requires the collaboration of our clientele.
If you or someone with whom you have close contact has the slightest sign of COVID-19 (fever, cough, respiratory difficulty), we respectfully ask that you do not come to the station, and please remain at home.

Wearing of the mask

Face coverings are recommended outside on the lifts, in lines, and for all clients participating in snow school.

Face coverings are required inside. Removal of the facemask is permitted in the restaurant areas (cafeteria and bistro) when seated at a table.

A face covering may be a procedure mask, a reusable mask, a neck tube, a balaclava, or another fitted piece of clothing covering the mouth and nose. The chosen covering must be made of at least 2 layers of tightly knit material and be large enough to completely cover the mouth and nose.

We suggest bringing at least two face coverings (one for outside, one for inside).

Chalet capacity

Capacity of the chalet is at 100%.
