A first purchase includes a reloadable access card. The card must be kept in order to reload it for future visits (this season or the ones to come, winter and summer). A 5$ fee per card applies for any replacement.

**Minimum one of two magic carpet is open at all times, from 9am to 9pm. Mont Rigaud reserves the right to determine which magic carpet is open, and this without prior notice.

Taxes are NOT included in our prices.

  • No refund, credit or date change is granted on tickets, regardless of the reason. Tickets must be used on the day for which the reservation was made. Check the weather forecast for the day you plan on visiting BEFORE you make your reservation.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-shareable.
  • A lift ticket is required for anyone wishing to access the mountain, the trails or the snowpark.
  • Proof of age is required to get discount rates (senior, junior and toddler).
  • A person accompanying (with or without skis) a skier or a snowboarder on the magic carpets or at the foot of the hill must also purchase a «magic carpet» ticket.

  • Mont Rigaud recommends that all skiers and snowboarders wear a helmet regardless of their skill level.
  • Mont Rigaud reserves the right to revoke the privileges that a lift ticket or a season pass confers, and this without any refund, to anyone not complying with the Mountain Code of Conduct or showing disrespectful or offensive behavior.
  • It is understood that health and safety measures stipulated by government authorities must be respected at all times at the resort. Depending on the evolving epidemiological situation, these measures may change at any time during the season, without prior notice. No derogation will be made to our refund policies for reasons relating to sanitary measures, even if those measures change during the season.
