New Online Registration Website

Starting September 1st, 2020, all Mont Rigaud registrations will be done through our new online payment website. This new platform will also allow you to purchase all ticketing products once the season is started.


All customers who in the past two years have provided Mont Rigaud with their personal information AND an email address, either through past registration or while a visit, should already have a customer account on this new payment platform.

If this is your first registration at Mont Rigaud, it will be just as easy for you to create a customer account.

In both cases, here are the procedures to follow while your first use:

1. You must first proceed with your «Customer Registration» by clicking on «Log in or Register» at the up right corner.

2. The email address that you will provide for your «Customer Registration» must:

     a. Be the email address of a person responsible (a parent or an adult)

     b. Be the email address that you already provided to Mont Rigaud in the past (if that is the case) in order to retrieve your existing customer profile.

3. Determine a password.

If you entered an email address that you already provided to Mont Rigaud in the past, you should automatically be redirected toward the home page. At this point, it is important that you verify yours and your family member's personal information in the «Account» section found at the upright corner. Once this information has been updated, you are ready to shop!

If this is your first registration at Mont Rigaud, you will be asked to complete personal information before you are automatically redirected toward the main page and are ready to shop!

Please note that your customer profile can include all family members. To add or to edit family members all you have to do is click on «Account» at the upright corner and then «Family» in the left-hand menu.

Once all your purchases and payments are completed, you will receive an email informing you that your order is being processed. Only once your order is processed will you receive a second email containing a detailed receipt.
