23 March 2020

We would like to remind you that the ski season at Mont Rigaud ended on March 15, 2020.

However, these past days, there was important updates by government authorities implementing restrictive measures aiming to limit the propagation of the COVID-19 virus. These new measures include the prolongation of the closure of all gathering places until May 1 and the closure of all non-essential businesses until April 13, 2020.

As of today, Monday March 23, 2020, Mont Rigaud is suspending all their activities.

Mont Rigaud asks all customers who have rental equipment for the 2019-2020 season to keep the equipment until further notice. Access to the property of Mont Rigaud will be completely closed and it will be impossible to return any rental equipment or to empty lockers of personal belongings.

Mont Rigaud also asks all employees to keep their uniforms until further notice.

Mont Rigaud is also cancelling the spring session of the Sprockids program (mountain bike program). The registrations will be postponed to the fall session or reimbursed, at the customers wish.

Mont Rigaud would also like to remind everyone that when the resort is closed it is also prohibited to access the mountain for any type of activity (ski, snowboarding, fat bike, sliding, snowshoeing, hiking, climbing, mountain bike, etc.).

We will continue to keep you updated with any other changes.
